Our Process

Ensuring highest quality financial advice

At Australian Finance Hub Wealth Management, we have built a 4 step process to ensure that we provide the highest quality financial advice and customer service to help you achieve your goals and objectives.

Step 1

Introduction / fact find meeting

The initial introduction / fact find meeting will take approximately 90-120 minutes. It provides you the opportunity to understand who Australian Finance Hub Wealth Management is.

Your financial adviser will take the time to get to know you and understand what your goals and objectives are. If all the necessary information has been gathered and you feel comfortable that your adviser understands who you are and what your goals and objectives are, then they will provide you with a quote on the cost of developing and presenting your tailored financial advice document. The initial introduction / fact find meeting is cost and obligation free.

Step 2

Presentation of your financial advice document

The presentation of your financial advice document will take approximately 90 minutes. This is where your financial adviser will present their recommendations for you to implement to help you achieve your goals and objectives.

Step 3

Implementation

Australian Finance Hub Wealth Management has a dedicated support team to help you implement the necessary changes. There is no additional cost to you because we believe this transition should be as smooth as possible and provide you with the peace of mind that all items will be implemented with the highest customer service standards.

Step 4

Review

At Australian Finance Hub Wealth Management, we believe that step 4 is the most important step in the financial planning process.

Life throws us many curve balls and it is our role to provide you with peace-of-mind that your financial position is protected and has been built to withstand all of life’s challenges. You will meet your adviser at least on an annual basis where they will provide an update on your current position, take the time to revisit your goals and objectives and determine if there has been any significant changes to those goals.
